Kids Art & Craft Birthday Parties at North 134


Celebrate your child’s special day with a creative party experience they’ll never forget! Our birthday parties are hands-on, instructor-led, and designed so every child leaves with something they created themselves.


Each party includes:

✔ Take-home project for every child

You bring the cake and snacks — we provide the creativity and fun!


Project Options

Each party includes one main project, selected at booking, from our current featured options:


• Painted board sign with child’s name
• 8x10 canvas painting
• Painted canvas tote bag
• Slime making
• Playdough making


Project options rotate quarterly to keep things fresh and exciting. If you have a specific theme or idea in mind, we are happy to work with you to create a custom experience whenever possible.


Parties for Younger Children (Under Age 6)


We are happy to tailor activities and events for children under age 6.

These parties feature:
• Simpler projects
• Shorter instruction time
• More hands-on guidance
• Sensory-friendly options such as slime and playdough


Party Length & Structure


Party Length: 2 hours


• 75–90 minutes of guided activity
• 30–45 minutes for cake, snacks, and gifts


Group Size:

• Minimum of 8 children
• Maximum of 12 children


Pricing

(Minimum of 8 guests)


Parties start at $195 for up to 8 children

Additional children: $25 each

Maximum of 12 children


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Remaining balance is due on the day of the party.


Party Guidelines

• Parties must be scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance.
• Project choice must be selected at booking.
• For name sign projects, names must be provided in advance.
• A parent or guardian of the birthday child must remain onsite for the duration of the party.
• Parents may bring food, drinks, cake, and decorations.
• We handle art cleanup; parents handle food cleanup.


Cancellations:
• Cancellations with 7 or more days’ notice may receive a credit.
• Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows require full payment.

What ages are parties best for?
Our standard parties are ideal for ages 6–12. We also offer simplified projects for children under 6.


How long are parties?
Parties are 2 hours long, including project time and time for cake and gifts.


How many children can attend?
Parties require a minimum of 8 children and a maximum of 12 children.


What projects can we choose from?
Projects include painted name signs, canvas painting, tote bags, slime, and playdough. Options rotate quarterly.


What do parents provide?
Parents provide cake, snacks, drinks, and any decorations. We provide all art supplies, instruction, and cleanup for projects.


Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

How do I book my party?


Booking your magical celebration is easy!


Complete the message portion on our Contact Us page


Once submitted, your request is sent directly to our team. 


Please note: Your party is not officially reserved until your deposit has been received.


 A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to reserve your spot on our calendar and secure your character’s appearance. This ensures we can begin preparing for your child’s special day.


If the deposit is not received within that window, your requested time slot will be reopened for other guests.


Credit card payments will include a 3% processing fee.


When is the remaining balance due?


Once your deposit is received, you’re all set until the day before your event.

Final payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to your party. You’re welcome to pay the full amount anytime before that if you’d like to check it off your to-do list early!


What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?


After the deposit is paid, your party is considered confirmed.


If something comes up and you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible. We’re happy to issue a partial refund, but cancellations made within one week of the party date are non-refundable.
