The current turnaround time for orders is 14-21 business days; please know that we will make every effort to have your order out sooner.


Shipping: Shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on cart contents. Once USPS receives the shipment, we will provide a tracking number when your product is mailed. Once it is delivered to the post office and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for any delays or lost, damaged, or stolen items. If this occurs, please get in touch with USPS.


Refunds & Returns Policy:


All sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be allowed if an item is received defective or we inadvertently ship the wrong item.. 


When receiving misprinted, damaged, and/or defective custom products, please send us a picture of your item, your order number, and your contact phone number.


Wrong Address: If your order gets returned to us due to an insufficient address provided by you, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm a new/updated address with you.


Unclaimed: If your order gets returned as unclaimed to us, you will be liable for a reshipment to you.


Refunds of any kind will be issued at our discretion.
